A UC Berkeley graduate and Los Angeles native, April has lived in the US, South America and Europe. With over a decade of experience in retained search, he was recruited from Accenture’s Atlanta office to execute CFO & COO search for a demanding Private Equity client at an elite retained search firm. There, he created a project management process that included project analytics, transparency, and high levels of strategic activity focused on very specific, passive candidates that would be the basis of SEA’s Strategic Search Process. After being part of the third generation of Haywoods to graduate from Hampton University (Mathematics), Chris earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business. In addition to being a tennis/basketball weekend warrior in Los Angeles, Chris’ downtime in Los Angeles is most likely spent reading or at the beach.

While a true executive search generalist, Sasoon has stewarded (been essential in) the growth of SEA’s marketing practice. With specific effectiveness in helping our clients attract best-in-class resources in areas of brand and product management, and also championed SEA’s journey to becoming a premier partner in specific industries such as healthcare, luxury consumer products, and operational and marketing analytics.
A graduate of UC Riverside where she double majored in Business Administration and Psychology, Sasoon currently resides in Wilmington, North Carolina with her husband and 3 dogs, Wednesday Addams, Shotgun and Danger.

With over 25 years of executive search, corporate in-house recruiting, and global Chief Diversity Officer experience in industries ranging from CPG, Biotech, Entertainment, Government and Nonprofit, April has worked in or recruited for fortune 500 companies like Nestlé USA and Amgen. A subject matter expert who is often sought out for speaking and consulting engagements, April drives the Diversity executive search, Luxury, Beauty, Consumer Product, Biotech, and Nonprofit practices for SEA executive partners.
A UC Berkeley graduate and Los Angeles native, April has lived in the US, South America and Europe. She is bilingual and thus brings a global perspective with local understanding to her clients’ goals. Her passions are growing her own food, making everything from scratch, and traveling the world with her family. She loves skiing down blue runs fast and learning new languages, but her current passion is her new puppy, Seven.

Manal has specific experience in both executive healthcare and human capital strategy. In joining SEA Health, Manal brings passion, expertise and a powerful network to add value to SEA’s healthcare clients. Additionally, her proven attention to detail and project management in the pharmaceutical industry before her human capital experience will also be fundamental in driving results across key engagements.
Manal moved to the United States from Lebanon, where she attended college and earned a bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology before pursuing one year in an International MBA program at Notre Dame. She is proficient in English, Arabic and French. Manal enjoys her time with her husband and two boys who are fond of soccer, skiing, swimming and playing the piano.
